Lesvos Scuba Oceanic Centre offers you the opportunity to experience this yourself, from her base along the beach in Petra. Her certified instructors can assure the quality of any PADI diving course. Lesvos offers dive sites with excellent conditions – superb visibility, calm and warm water without currents. Come and enjoy wreck dives, cave dives, wall dives and deep dives with rich wild life environment.

Owner George Filios and his team operate with two diving boats that have capacity for 12 divers each. The diving centre is located at Yako Bar & Restaurant, along the sandy beach of Petra.

Have you always wondered what is it like to breathe underwater? If you want to try scuba diving, but you don’t feel quite ready to take the plunge into a certification course, Discover Scuba Diving is ideal for you! Lesvos scuba diving center offers this program either in a pool, off the beach or from a diving boat. You can try scuba while you’re on vacation at a dive destination. While not a scuba certification course, Discover Scuba Diving is a quick and easy introduction to what it takes to explore the underwater world. No prior experience with scuba diving is necessary, but you need to be in a good physical health and must be 10 years old or older.Breathing underwater for the first time is thrilling, so don’t wait!!!

If you’ve always wanted to take scuba diving lessons, experience an unparalleled adventure and see the world beneath the waves, this is where it starts! Get your scuba diving certification with the PADI Open Water Diver course – the world’s most popular and widely recognized scuba course. Millions of people have learned to scuba dive and gone on to discover the wonders of the aquatic world through this course. To enroll in a PADI Open Water Diver course (or Junior Open Water Diver course), you must be 10 years old or older. You need adequate swimming skills and need to be in a good physical health. No prior experience with scuba diving is required.

Boat Dives and Snorkeling for qualified divers

Explore the underwater world of Lesvos Island by boat fun dives or improve your scuba skills or both at once! Taking another PADI dive course will help you gain more confidence and meet more dive buddies. Try your next adventure or specialty dive (volcanic reef, wreck dive, deep dive, photography dive, night dive and enriched air dive). The 7.5m Rigid Inflatable Boat (RIB) (max. 12 divers) and custom dive boat Calypso III (with 24 places for tanks) are specifically tailored for all possible needs, providing safe, comfortable and fast transportation to the dive sites.
